With the FBI watching closely, Tony is advised by his lawyer, Neil Mink, to spend time at one of the mobster's legitimate businesses. But the inactivity causes Tony greater stress and the anxiety attacks become more regular. Junior finds relief from the boredom of house arrest in the companionship of a police officer's widow, Tony chides Richie for selling drugs, and a drunken and stressed Dr Melfi gets into a public altercation.
