All is well in the Prendergast household. Or at least, that is what Jonathan Prendergast would have you believe. But as he struggles to cope with a cooling marriage, and his teenage daughter's burgeoning independence, he becomes maniacally obsessed with chasing off his daughter's handsome new boyfriend, and stretches his familial bonds - and his own sanity - to their limits.
