Sam continues his work as Satan's personal bounty hunter, tracking down souls that have escaped from Hell. Sam wakes up to find that everything he touches gives him an electric shock. Satan tells him that his next target is an escaped soul who sucks energy from power lines, which he then uses to zap his victims. In order to capture his new target, Sam is given a cool remote-control monster truck. Sometimes the devil's work has its perks!
