NCIS: New Orleans: Insane in the Membrane

The Big Easy's annual Red Dress Run is brought to an abrupt halt when participants discover a body on route. Luckily, the NCIS team is competing in the race, and is on hand to investigate. The victim is identified as petty officer Kelsey Weaver, who was last seen running though the city, shouting that she was being pursued by a man with a gun. CCTV footage shows no signs of Weaver's apparent assailant, but when toxicology reports reveal the dead woman had traces of a hallucinogenic drug in her system, Pride and his colleagues are drawn into the battle to stop the spread of this new narcotic substance.
