The team's efforts to track down 900lbs of stolen explosives are stalled when a bomb goes off in the city. The amount used still leaves the unknown terrorists with enough high explosive to level a large portion of the city. When Russo reveals Homeland Security knew the attack was orchestrated by a gang of South African mercenaries, Brody is forced to question what her new lover's real agenda might be.
