Callen and Sam meet up with former colleague Mike Renko, who is back in town on the trail of a civilian militia he thinks is responsible for the theft of anti-tank missiles from a Navy base. Their discussion is interrupted by Hetty with footage of a man being strangled at an aquarium - and the victim is identified as a lance corporal who was Renko's inside man at the group
