Callen and Sam investigate when former marine Asher Ross is killed by an explosive device hidden in his mobile phone. Because of the sophisticated nature of the bomb, suspicion falls on the members of the ordnance disposal unit Ross was part of in Iraq, but further enquiries reveal that they are being targeted as well
