Mysterious Creatures (2006)

One-off drama based on a true story, starring Timothy Spall and Brenda Blethyn as Bill and Wendy Ainscow, who in 2004 posted a suicide note to a newspaper saying that they could no longer cope with their daughter Lisa, who had been released from a section order the previous year. Stating that their actions were a result of the lack of care Lisa had received, they took a cocktail of drugs and walked into the sea off Tenerife.
