Lost: White Rabbit

Jack is struggling from lack of sleep, and begins to fear that he's losing his mind. He's deep in a flashback, remembering a time in the school playground when he stood up to a bully and got beaten up, when Charlie rouses him screaming for help. A woman is drowning, and Charlie can't swim. Jack snaps out of his daze and dives in to save her, but it's too late; the tide has already taken her. Later, the survivors squabble when the water runs out, but one member of the group is secretly holding back supplies in order to trade them on.
