Stabler and Benson get mixed up in the murky world of politics after a coalition leader's gay son is found murdered on the roof of his apartment. The finger of suspicion points to a notorious rapist, who has just been released from prison on parole, but he insists he didn't commit the crime - so further DNA tests are used to shed light on the death.
