Law & Order: Los Angeles: Sylmar

An explosion claims the lives of two young children who were waiting in their car while their mother delivered something to a house. Initial inquiries reveal that the owner was cooking meth in his garage, but the case changes course when it becomes apparent that what was actually being stored were the ingredients to make a bomb.
