DNA provides the team a suspect in a bank robbery - Stanley Vaughn, who served two years for involuntary manslaughter. While DA Hardin pushes Dekker to use California's `three strikes" law to put Vaughn away permanently, the suspect's junk-strewn apartment offers up little concrete evidence and the two fall out over the best way to proceed.
