A continuation of Mr. Rabb goes to Washington. Mac is charged with killing her husband. He is in dire need of money when Mac first sees him and he is being chased around by a bunch of goons who he took a loan from. But then he realizes that what he really wants is to have Mac back, at any cost. Even if he has to blackmail her.
