House: No Reason

While examining a man with a severely enlarged tongue, House is shot by the husband of a former patient who holds the doctor responsible for his wife's suicide. As the injured medic instructs the team to find the cause of his patient's swelling, he realises his own pain has disappeared - but the operation to remove the bullet appears to have affected his mind as well as his nerves.
