During a stakeout, Belker regrets encountering an eccentric who calls himself Captain Freedom and fancies himself as a superhero. Meanwhile, a furious Furillo rounds up local gang leaders following a particularly grisly double homicide at a nightclub, and LaRue gets more than he bargained for while undercover in the station's holding cells
