When a famous rap producer is charged with murder, Desmond is called in as prosecutor. Elsewhere, Potter finds himself in a meeting with Internal Affairs after riding with two ghetto cops, while Jessica prosecutes a wife-beater then has to deal with a similar situation at home when her mother leaves her father.
