Chicago PD: The Number of Rats

Olivia Benson from New York's SVU unit travels to Chicago to investigate when local nurse Victoria is almost killed by an attacker wearing medical scrubs. Victoria's nails were painted green before she was set on fire by her attacker, and the MO seems to match that of a killer Benson has been tracking for 10 years. When it emerges Jay's brother Will has connections to two of the victims, a promising line of inquiry is opened, one which seems to lead to an eminent professor from Columbia University.
