Casualty: Off the Wall

Penny and Josh are annoyed by a TV documentary crew which has been assigned to film the work of the paramedics. During the day they are confronted by a fierce dog when they try to help a man who is having an epileptic fit, and later Josh is attacked by a grief-stricken man whose father has had a heart attack.
