Casualty: Gloves Off

A teenage couple end up in a tussle when he discovers she is hiding pills, and when they are almost hit by a car she faints, requiring the paramedics to take them to Holby. But what are her drugs for? The two elderly sisters who almost ran into the youngsters are also injured in the incident, but they seem more interested in the kitten they were taking to the vet - and when Fletch notices one of then struggling to remember her words, he questions whether the ladies should even be living together.
