Dixie tells injured motorbike rider and new friend Leo that his mother is in a hospice and that if he doesn't visit her soon, it may be too late - so she risks her job to take him to see her. Zoe tries to find out the history of Ginny, a middle-aged woman who collapsed at her birthday party - and when the reason for her illness eventually comes out, everyone is stunned into silence. Fletch is desperate for cash, forcing him to ask for extra shifts, while Cal tries to flirt with Lily.
