Lenny is determined to locate the last of the drug trial patients - troubled teenager Johnny, whose long-suffering mother Louise (Birds of a Feather star Linda Robson) wants to get to the bottom of his behavioural problems. A middle-aged man is admitted into the ED following seizures brought on by a fall, Charlie takes a tough approach with Shona, and Jordan jumps to the wrong conclusion when Zoe suffers from sickness.
