A homeless woman walks out of hospital despite being told she will lose her foot if she leaves. Following a car crash, she gets trapped in an internet cafe with a man, leaving Maggie, Charlie and Josh with the agonising dilemma of amputating her leg at the scene or risking the lives of both patients.
