Reports of a shooting at a retired military captain's home lead to the discovery of unusual shell cases but no body, suggesting the victim was cut apart by bullets to make it easier to dispose of the remains. The officers learn a `super gun" was used in the murder and when a similar incident is also reported, they come face-to-face with an arms dealer selling 144 of the weapons that were stolen from Pakistan.
