Fenner is finally made Wing Governor. However, during a passionate rendezvous, Maxi admits that she did Fenner a favour by killing Virginia. While Fenner reels from this revelation, Maxi issues him with an ultimatum. If he doesn't do what she says, everyone will know the truth. Meanwhile, Di and Barry decide to get married, but Shaz and Barbara know Barry's violent tendencies. They try to convince Di, but their interference ends in a frightening confrontation between Barry and Di.
