Fenner is back on the block and Neil urgently needs a new wing governor when an unscheduled visit by some prison inspectors takes place. Elsewhere, Karen turns down a job and there is only one candidate left, while Shaz and Maxi square up to one another in a fight Shaz has organised. But the arrival of the prison inspectors is an unwelcome surprise for the illegal pugilists and Maxi even attempts suicide in her cell.
