How Baltimore's Gun Trace Task Force was revealed by the FBI as one of the most corrupt police squads in American policing history. Detective David McDougall shared his suspicions about the Force, with FBI Special Agent Erika Jensen. She soon zeroed in on a particular member of the unit - Detective Momodu Gondo. The FBI placed a wiretap on Gondo's phone and learned he has close friends operating a major heroin ring. When Agent Jensen placed a listening device in Gondo's squad car, she heard something she describes as `a dereliction of duty" - something that revealed a whole new level of criminality and led her to believe the entire unit may be rotten.
