Record low interest rates have given borrowers much needed respite over the last five years, but the Bank of England warns that rates must soon rise. ITN business editor Joel Hills investigates whether we are ready for higher mortgage repayments - which will squeeze hard-pressed householders even further and could force nearly a million families into debt peril.
