Tonight: Community Dis-Service

In an exclusive hidden-camera investigation, criminals turn investigators to reveal what they really get up to when they carry out community service. What is supposed to be a tough alternative to prison appears to be anything but, with offenders filmed sitting around doing very little. The programme also uncovers evidence of drug taking, and rule breaking going unchallenged. The investigation centres on what are deemed to be typical community payback shifts in Manchester, Derbyshire and Nottingham.
