The Yorkshire Vet: Christmas with The Yorkshire Vets

A festive special taking inspiration from A Christmas Carol sees vets Peter Wright, Julian Norton and their colleagues trying to make Scrooge (played by series narrator Peter Davison) see the error of his ways. Peter and Matt visit the Cannon Hall reindeer to make sure they'll be fit to help Santa deliver his presents this year and two donkeys require dental work ahead of their starring roles in the local nativity. Julian heads out to see a herd of cows struggling with pneumonia, and in the spirit of James Herriot's short story The Christmas Day Kitten, Jean and Steve Green give a home to Magic, a little cat found abandoned in the middle of the night
