The Museums That Make Us: The Food Museum, Suffolk

Neil MacGregor visits the Museum of Food in Stowmarket, Suffolk. It was, until recently, the Museum of East Anglian Life and like many museums developed after the Second World War it harks back to an age where agriculture was powered by the horse. Their choice of an object that defines the museum is an 18th-century water mill
