The documentary series revealing life in the Damson Dene hotel continues. In this second episode, Tom and Susanna arrive a couple of weeks before their wedding to make sure everything is in place. The hotel's owner, Jonathan, depends on weddings to keep the business afloat, and whenever there is a wedding, most of the pressure falls on chef Kirk and his Polish kitchen staff. But when Tom and Susanna's big day arrives, trouble arises almost immediately. Can Kirk get the kitchen running smoothly and can hotel manager Wayne keep the guests happy?
