The Hotel Inspector: The Grove Arms, Ludwell

Alex Polizzi sets out to reverse the fortunes of the Grove Arms in Wiltshire. Three years ago, Nina Bartlett gave up a successful legal career in the City to fulfil her dream of running a dog-friendly village pub. However, despite her best efforts and last year's good turnover, the Grove in Ludwell is currently making a loss, leaving her unsure which way to turn. Nina admits she is afraid to rely on her own staff, which leaves her doing the bulk of the work herself and on the brink of burnout. Alex takes Nina a lesson in getting the basics right, but does the former law specialist have the energy to see this through?
