Ruth revisits two hotels, The Hamner Arms run by Keith and Val Morris and Worlington Hall, run by sisters Sharon and Joy. Ruth's tough love approach caused her to clash with sisters Sharon and Joy on more than one occasion but 18 months on they admit that she made all the difference to their hotel and their lives. Despite the fact that the hotel went from strength to strength, the sisters recently decided to sell up. Ruth revisits to find out why they've finally decided to throw in the towel. Val and Keith were memorable characters, driving Ruth to distraction with their approach to business. This time she visits them at home to find out what happened next, including Val's abortive attempts to gain her HGV licence! The hotel is now shut and Val and Keith have lost thousands so Ruth goes back to Hamner to find out where it all went wrong.
