She's in Bournemouth this week to catch up with the owners of the Safari Hotel. The revamp of the hotel's cafe has proved such a huge success that owner Vincent refurbished a further six rooms. With occupancy rates up 20% and the hotel now turning over a healthy profit, Vincent has high hopes of his hotel achieving a two-star rating.
