Shropshire farmers Sarah and Paul use the milk from their dairy herd to produce traditional farmhouse cheeses and butter. In recent years they've picked up lots of awards and hope their tasty samples at the Ludlow Food Festival go down well with customers. Meanwhile, Mike, Michelle and expert hound Oscar are digging for truffles in the orchards Mike planted 15 years ago. He was hedging bets back then, but now he sells his special fungi to chefs and restaurants. Festival Day offers a chance for customers to try before they buy and Mike is on a mission to introduce truffles to a wider audience
