The Climate Question: How Should We Teach Children About Climate Change?

Education systems around the world are adapting school curricula so that pupils learn about the science behind climate change and how lives may change as a result of its impacts. But how exactly they are doing that varies greatly depending on political, social and cultural circumstances. It also depends on how much knowledge and understanding their teachers have. Does any of that still matter when so much information is now available online from influencers and activists - and how should adults deal with the hopelessness that some young people feel when faced with a crisis that they can do so little about?
