The story of a shocking data breach at a Finnish therapy service, when the nation's secrets were stolen by a hacker. When decades of stress and anxiety overwhelmed headteacher Tiina, she sought support through a therapy service called Vastaamo. However, in September 2020, the company received an email from a hacker referring to himself as ransom_man, claiming to have stolen their entire patient database - including therapy notes. As reporter Jenny Kleeman reveals, before long cybersecurity specialist Antti Kurittu, Tiina and a whole nation learned just how far he was willing to go.
