Panorama: Murder in Slow Motion

Stella Moore's daughter Tania was brutally murdered by the man who stalked her relentlessly for 14 months. When she was beaten up with a baseball bat, the police failed to act. They renewed the stalker's gun licence, despite Tania's repeated cries for help. They asked her to keep a record of threatening texts he sent her but didn't read it until after her death.
