Panorama: Tagging Undercover

Reporters go undercover to reveal 'life on the tag' from inside one of the government's key law and order schemes. With the UK prison system full to capacity, more and more offenders are being tagged as an alternative to custody and Britain tags twice as many people as the rest of Europe put together. The government says it helps reduce reoffending, and Paul Kenyon investigates if that's true.
