Panorama: What Future for Kurt?

A look at the life of 7-year-old Kurt, a bright and friendly boy but one who lives in an area full of poverty, drugs and crime. This is the future that his hard-working parents are desperately trying to avoid for him, as they try to claw their way out of debt and deprivation. And yet in the next door postcode things are very different - prosperous and relatively crime-free. The government has promised that no-one should suffer from postcode poverty, but what will it take to get rid of it?
