Panorama: Exposed: The Bail Hostel Scandal

Panorama has spent five months secretly monitoring paedophiles and other violent criminals on their release from prison into bail hostels. The undercover team has filmed a child sex offender befriending and photographing children, and witnessed others pimping and shoplifting to pay for their drug habits. All live in hostels in ordinary residential streets and appear free to come and go.
