The SAS has been accused of committing war crimes in Afghanistan. Now, for the first time, Special Forces troops have broken their code of silence to tell Panorama what happened on night raid operations. The eyewitnesses say they saw innocent people killed - some in their sleep - and the murder of handcuffed detainees.
