An edition catching up with previous cases. Owed thousands in rent, landlord Matthew decided to evict his tenant, and called on an eviction specialist for help. As the tenant lived with seven cats, Matthew was worried about the state of the property, but that turned out to be the least of his problems. Cameras catch up with Matthew to see if he turned his property around. Having found a buyer for his house, Kirk asked the sitting tenant to leave. However, on the day of the move, she refused, stopped paying rent and Kirk's sale fell through. Kirk had to evict his nightmare tenant before he lost the house. Was he able to sell his property at least, or was he tempted to become a landlord once again?
