Long Lost Family: Cliff Jardine, Sue Ward and Anna London - Truckle

Two adopted people born on opposite sides of the world search for their birth mothers in Singapore, and the team makes a discovery that nobody could have predicted. Meanwhile, 29-year-old paediatric nurse Anna London-Truckle is desperate to reconnect with her birth mother, who made the ultimate sacrifice to give her daughter a better chance at life. Anna was adopted by a British couple at the age of two, but with no memories of her beginnings, she now feels disconnected from her roots in Riobamba, Ecuador, where she was born in 1986.
