In episode 4, Cherry Durbin is 68 and grew up knowing she had been adopted at birth, so when she reached adulthood she searched for her birth mother. Cherry discovered that she had an older sister she has never met, who had been left behind on Jersey when their mother escaped the island on the eve of the Nazi occupation.
