Last Word: Doing Death Differently

Matthew Bannister marks 20 years of presenting Radio 4's obituary programme by looking at the changing nature of the way we memorialise our dead. In the first episode, he reflects on how his own mother's death changed his outlook on the subject. He visits a death cafe in Sussex, and talks to Jimmy Caulty of The KLF about his plans to create a pyramid from bricks made of human ash.
