Documentary series focusing on mass murderers and their victims. In April 1999, London was subjected to a two week campaign of terror at the hands of a lone bomber - David Copeland, a 22-year-old man who had joined several extreme right-wing groups and become convinced that his difficulties in finding a job were down to immigrants and other minority groups. Full of resentment, he planted two homemade nail bombs, which exploded in Brick Lane and Brixton, injuring 61 people. His third and final bomb exploded in a gay bar in central Soho, killing three people and injuring 74 others. This programme examines the events leading up to the attacks and the aftermath in which Copeland was tracked to his bedsit in Hampshire, arrested and eventually given six life sentences.
