Dr Xand van Tulleken and dietician Hala El-Shafie return to oversee proceedings as they help more people attempt the most hyped and written about diets on the market today, while cook Stacie Stewart gives advice to about recipes. In the opening edition, Becky and Sheena are put on short-term diets, Bex and Lea go on six-week programmes, and Jake and Callum are given four-month plan, while Xand finds out if diet pills actually work
