A Welsh farmer and his wife plan to upcycle an old horse lorry into a perfect seaside retreat, and George meets a man planning to add a two-storey tepee to his American-inspired campsite. In Israel, the presenter falls for a fantastic modern home and visits a small experimental building made from hemp, which could point the way to a greener future for the construction industry. For his own caravan build, George takes inspiration from an amazing arts and crafts terrace house in Cambridge, and gets together with build partner Max McMurdo to work out how to create an `invisible" desk
