Documentary exploring recent advances in bionic technology through the experiences of two patients who have been given pioneering medical treatments. Cheri Robertson was fitted with a bionic vision system 15 years after losing her eyes in a car crash and now has almost 500 electrodes implanted in her brain to help her see. The programme also looks at Evan Reynolds, the owner of the world's most advanced bionic hand, and how the prosthetic device has changed the young man's life.
